About the Roles:Reporting to the Manager OHS Advisors, these roles will provide solutions, support, and specialist advice in the development and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Culture. The roles will liaise closely with relevant business units, focusing on providing coaching and using influencing skills to implement strategic interventions to eliminate or manage health & safety risks. This includes:
Facilitating incident investigations, hazard identification, and risk assessments to identify sources of risk and coach business units on learnings to prevent injuries.Providing coaching and engagement with area Managers and HSRs in maintaining and developing local OHS management practices.Providing specialist advice to ensure the organisation complies with its regulatory obligations in the prevention of workplace incidents and injuries.Maintaining digital databases and providing analysis reporting on Occupational Health and Safety trends and activities.Participating in and providing support to committees or working groups on OHS matters.Identifying innovative ways to enhance engagement with OHS more broadly and promote awareness of safety initiatives.About You:To be successful as a candidate, you will have:
