Details of the offer

The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Building Manager/Facilities Manager to join their team and look after a high end residential building on a permanent basis. There are 5 locations you can take your pick from to suit your lifestyle.

Your days will include but not be subject to:
Management of all contractorson site Manage the delivery of services across all assets Liaising with Owners & Executive Committee Create and present monthly reports Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance On-Call for any emergencies Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position you MUST have previous experience working in a similar Building Manager/Facilities Manager position. Previous experience also working across both residential & mixed-use buildings would be an advantage. You will possess the following attributes:
Previous building manager/facilities management experience is non-negotiable Exceptional presentation Excellent Written & reporting skills Proactive to work autonomously and direct an assistant Knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation & WHS Strong organisational & time management skills This role is exclusive with Gough recruitment & not to be mistaken with any other roles in the market.
