About the RoleAramex Brisbane is currently seeking a 3PL Coordinator.
As the 3PL Coordinator, the role is focused on managing the logistics of shipments and ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
This is a key role in supporting the company's transportation and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities include:

Coordinate Shipments: Arrange and monitor the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve transportation issues.
Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
Track Shipments: Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to relevant parties.
Negotiate Rates: Work with carriers to negotiate transportation rates and contracts.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and update internal systems.
Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or a related field is an asset.
Experience: Prior experience in logistics coordination or a similar role is preferred.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Suites and logistics software (Carton Cloud).
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
