For more information about the firm, feel free to browse our website: www.fairbanklawyers.com.au.We are on the look-out for a sensible, friendly and hard-working family lawyer to join our practice, preferably with 3-5 years' PAE.We have a full-time position available; however, part-time applicants (no less than 4 days per week) will also be considered.You will be working on a diverse range of family law matters alongside the firm's Principal who is an Accredited Family Law Specialist.Your role will include hands-on opportunities to meet with and help clients from the first initial meeting and through negotiations, mediations and conferences with experts and/or the resolution of matters in a Court setting.Ongoing learning and mentoring will be provided as well as support for networking opportunities: we want you to progress and not feel "stuck".You will have:A track record (min. 3 years) practising family law;A strong work ethic and management of deadlines;A clear communication style (written and verbal);An ability to work in a team setting as well as on your own;Familiarity with legal practice management software, e-Brief Ready and electronic file management.Please forward your application, resume and list of referees to Shalini Mendis at ******.
