In this role, you will be responsible for establishing new business in the Oil, Gas, Chemicals, and Energy sector, managing the recruiting process, and delivering for your clients while marketing and generating leads for new business.This is an entrepreneurial role which gives you full operational responsibility for your own desk and clients. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a history of delivering outstanding results without sacrificing service levels in a full cycle recruiting environment.You'll be a great fit if:360- full cycle recruiter responsible for generating new business and recruiting positions.Supervises and leads the team to deliver the KPIs and desk plans set from the budgeting process and forecasting.Identify and strategically pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients through research of market trends and developments with a strong focus on networking.Responsible for generating new business through leads, project chasing, following market activity in the news, and obtaining referrals from candidates and clients.Assist Senior Manager and Director in placement and BD target achievement by monitoring team performance, reporting accordingly, and driving business development opportunities to realize growth within the operation.Sell retained search recruitment methodology and secure the client's commitment to partner exclusively with NES on recruited searches.Performs monthly reviews with the team to discuss performance against targets, development plans, behavior, and progress against objectives.Develop and build long term strategic client relationships through phone, video meetings, and face-to-face meetings.Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates within specialized disciplines and sectors.Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with candidates within your specialized discipline and sector.Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and job requirements.Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.Maintain a balance of job orders and qualified candidates and manage multiple complex selling opportunities.To be considered you need:Bachelor's degree preferred.5+years of recruitment experience (agency preferred).360 full-cycle desk experience or previous sales experience required.Outgoing and confident personality.Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize workload.Ambitious and hungry to be successful.#J-18808-Ljbffr
