Hamilton Barnes are currently representing a European IT-Consultancy and Cisco Gold Partner who are looking for two Network DC Engineers to support a major German customer.
This role is an initial 6-month contract with multiple extensions planned. They are looking for candidates to offer remote support based in Germany, assisting their Banking customers with their DC Network.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the support and operational tasks in all German Datacentres for the IT-Consultancy. This will include implementing VLANs, configuring ports and extending the existing network.Another aspect of the role will include an incident management phase; monitoring the network, finding faults and configuring the network to maintain stable traffic.Skills/Must have: The successful candidate must have experience working with Cisco and Juniper Networks, Routers, and Switches.Previous experience working in a Datacentre environment is essential.German Speaking is essential; a minimum of B1 speakingBenefits: Fully Remote - Candidate needs to be based in GermanySalary: Up to €450 Per Day!
