3D Spatial Drafter

Our work spans various sectors and we remain at the forefront of our industry. With key projects underway, we're now looking to appoint a skilled Drafter to join our team.
Responsibilities include: Prepare and revise as-built drawings and plans from survey data captured from 3D Laser Scanning, UAV Surveys, and Conventional Surveys. Understand and be able to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and plans. Create 3D visualisations and models to support project planning and client presentations. Utilise BIM software for 3D Model creation, documentation, and clash detection, while adhering to drafting and modelling standards. Collaborate effectively with team members, including the Team Manager, Project Managers, other Surveyors and Survey Assistants. Effective communication with architects, engineers, and construction personnel to contribute to project outcomes. Clearly communicate survey findings in written reports. Preferred skills and experience for this role include: Tertiary qualifications in architecture or architectural drafting. Proficiency in CAD, BIM Software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD).
