Commission and then manage ongoing operations of a 140 bed facility due to open in May Report into a passionate and progressive State Manager Recruit, lead, mentor and inspire a high performing team that works in partnership to achieve a shared purpose and goals Control a budget and optimise resources to achieve financial targets and business objectives Achieve initial and ongoing accreditation by conducting audits and introducing continuous improvement initiatives In conjunction with the Admissions Coordinator, review and choose new residents whose care needs align with the facility's capability What makes this great:

Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential Influential, motivational and collaborative leader who has demonstrated success in a Service Manager or Operations Manager role in residential aged care Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation and a proven track record leading a service to achieve accreditation Engaging, motivated and outcomes focused with strong business and financial acumen Flexible, passionate and innovative with a drive to deliver contemporary care and services What next:
