Feel free to reach out and apply today!Responsibilities:Work with key stakeholders to ensure our facility meets and maintains required security certifications.Follow and support security policies and compliance standards, suggesting updates as needed.Complete regular compliance checks and documentation.Help communicate security policies across the organization to keep everyone informed of expectations.Assist in security training and awareness efforts, educating staff on current policies and best practices.Manage and maintain security documents, plans, and procedures, ensuring they meet certification requirements and support security standards.Required Skills/Qualifications:Experience with MOD security controls, particularly for Facility Security Clearance (FSC).Background in developing security policies and standards.Desired Skills/Qualifications:Relevant security certifications.Experience promoting security awareness at the business level.Salary:Up to £53,000Location:New Malden (Hybrid)
