Salary range : $42,176.04 to $47,189.29 annually
Qualifications Qualifications and Occupational Experience: The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Administrative Professional/Office Administration or you have the recognized equivalency of a high school diploma with significant (10+) years of administrative experience. You have a minimum of two years of recent and related occupational experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment. Experience as a cashier or relevant finance experience would be an asset Occupational experience that includes working in a Campus Operations setting would be considered an asset. You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite and email. Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset. Experience with Sharepoint and PeopleSoft would be considered an asset. Experience doing Accounts Payable within an ERP system would be an asset. You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work Relevant Skills and Knowledge: You demonstrate a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and anti-racism. You are dedicated to life-long learning Responsibilities What you'll be doing Reporting to the Manager of Administrative Services, you will:
Provide confidential day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the campus Administrative Services Manager Provide accounts payable, cashiering, A/R for student receivables Answer incoming calls Provide support to students and assisting with their inquiries and provide general office support to campus administration. Additional Information Candidates selected for interviews will be expected to provide at least three recent, occupational references. The successful candidate will be expected to provide official transcripts to show proof of academic achievements.
