Duties & ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a proficient professional to formulate a comprehensive strategy for our for-profit social enterprise.
The scope of this plan will include crucial components such as:
Crafting branding and messaging strategies.Addressing logistics and equipment requirements.The chosen contractor will work closely with our dedicated team and external specialists to ensure the plan's meticulous development, focusing on business plan development as a primary objective.
QualificationsGeneral Skills and Abilities:
A valid driver's licenseKnowledge and charisma for effective client liaison and teamworkKey Landscaping Skills Required:
Shrub and tree pruningQuoting on maintenance workKey Skills for Working with the Vulnerable Population:
Empathy and compassionEffective communication with diverse backgroundsAbility to create an inclusive and supportive work environmentUnderstanding of social challenges and barriersWorking Conditions/Compensation: Shifts: Full time, 37.5 hours/week.
* Initially this is a two-month contract position with the opportunity to grow into a permanent role.
* Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour.
