As a Level 2 Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role within their technical team, providing advanced technical support to a diverse client base. This role involves troubleshooting complex IT issues, implementing solutions, and mentoring junior team members. We're seeking an individual with a solid technical background, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:Provide advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex IT issues efficiently and effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Windows, and networking (routers and switches).Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to Level 1 support technicians.Collaborate with other members of the technical team to implement and optimize IT solutions for clients.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide timely solutions.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support role, with a focus on Level 2 support.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Windows.Proficiency in networking concepts, including routers and switches.Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.Exceptional customer service skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.Location:This role is based in Blackburn North, Melbourne, with occasional travel to client locations across the Melbourne area as needed. It involves both remote and onsite support, depending on client requirements.
