Working closely with senior account managers, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, overseeing account management activities, and maximizing profitability through contract negotiation and agreement management.Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.Collaborate with senior account managers to develop and implement account strategies to meet client goals and objectives.Oversee all aspects of customer account management, including contract negotiation, agreement management, and profitability analysis.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of resources to deliver exceptional service.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and maximizing profitability.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when necessary.Knowledge of IT products and services is a plus but not required.Location:This role is based in Blackburn North, Melbourne, with occasional travel to client locations across the Melbourne area as needed.Salary:$Competitive and negotiable DoEHow to Apply:If you're a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
