Come on in and check them out! Job Description We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to take on the role of Food & Beverage Manager.
As our Food & Beverage Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Manage all team members in all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet, providing the necessary assistance where required; Ensure that approved service sequences and standards are established and maintained at all times; Train, develop and monitor all team members to support succession planning; Oversee rosters, payroll budget, and control costs to maximise profitability; Perform other duties as may be prescribed from time to time due to operational needs. Qualifications A strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management skills; Proven previous hotel experience as a Food & Beverage Manager and in Banquet Operations; Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in order to meet allocated timelines and deadlines; The ability to remain calm under pressure; The requirement to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays; The possession of a valid RSA.
