We currently seek expressions of interest from reliable, hard-working individuals to work at our Dalby Cotton Warehouse during the cotton ginning season.
The season is likely to commence in April and is anticipated to run through to the end of October depending on weather conditions and operational requirements.
Successful applicants must be flexible with availability.
These operations are likely to run a 24 hour a day, 6 days on 1 day off roster or 5 on 2 off roster.
Shifts will be from 7am-7pm, or 7pm-7am.
Pay is in accordance with the Award where penalty rates and shift work premiums apply.
Positions available include: Grablift Operators and Loader Operators.
Heavy vehicle/forklift license and machinery/mobile equipment operation experience will be highly regarded and is essential for some roles.
A full site induction and training is provided.
In 2025 Queensland Cotton will operate 6 cotton processing gins throughout Central QLD, Darling Downs, South West QLD and Regional NSW.
Separate applications are required for each location.
You must have the right to work in Australia without restriction and be confident of passing the company's pre-employment medical and drug screen.
