Women's and Children's Health Network, Paediatric Division (WCH, FMC & LMH) General Paediatrics and Sub-Specialty Units – North Adelaide (5006) Salary Total Indicative Remuneration - Classification - MDP2 - $105,155 to $170,687 p.a (includes award salary, superannuation and any other monetary benefits) Employment Full time - Term Contract (temporary up to February 2028) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Paediatric Basic Trainee (1st Year) within the Paediatric Division .As a trainee within the SA Paediatric Training Network, Paediatric Basic trainees will rotate through a range of different general and subspecialty paediatrics which includes exposure to acute paediatric medicine and community based medical environments, contributing to the provision of clinical services to WCHN inpatients and outpatients.WCHN provides rotations for basic trainees in paediatric medicine at WCH, Lyell McEwin Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre.The Basic Trainee is expected to actively participate in clinical teaching and associated research projects.The Women's and Children's Hospital is recognised for excellence in medical training.Considerable support and supervision is given to trainee doctors, as well as generous employee benefits such as;
