The Shoreline is seeking Graduate Registered Nurses for a twelve-month learning opportunity where they will be nurtured by our team of experienced nurses in the field of Aged Care. About The Role: Through The Shoreline New Graduate Aged Care RN Program, graduate RNs will develop their skills in assessment, critical thinking, analysis, decision making and leadership.
Over twelve months, the program covers a robust suite of themes essential for any nurse in both general nursing and aged care specifically.
It will outline the broad variety of career pathways and specialisations available to nurses in aged care, with ability for a second-year specialty to grad option.

In operation for just a year, The Shoreline is retirement living and premium residential aged care all packaged into one breathtaking coastal site.
The care facility is located within the village of luxury units and villas and is a stone's throw away from a major shopping centre, beautiful beaches, and restaurants.

You will possess an intuitive responsiveness to individual wants and needs, whilst maintaining calm, composed and optimistic when faced with stressful or high-pressure situations.
