Gamuda Engineering is a reputable Engineering and Construction contractor that specializes in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Transport, Civil, and Energy Infrastructure projects. As part of our commitment to expansion, Gamuda has established offices in Sydney and Melbourne to pursue and deliver a variety of construction projects. We are currently delivering the Sydney Metro West – Western Tunnelling Package and have also commenced in joint venture both the $1.35B Coffs Harbour Bypass and the $1bn M1 Motorway Extension Southern Package.
We are also currently tendering and have been shortlisted for a number of major infrastructure and energy projects across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.

Our Graduate Program As a Gamuda graduate, you will be supported through an 18-month development program including structured workshop learning and on-the-job training through exposure to our Corporate Functions in our North Sydney Head Office or on current projects in delivery and in our tender teams.
As a Finance & Accounting Graduate, you will be exposed to a variety of opportunities within our Head Office or on one of our project teams with exposure to Project Accounting, Tax, Financial and Management Accounting & Reporting.
Our graduate program is delivered in partnership with Engineers Australia and is focused on developing your leadership and management skills as well as your technical competencies.
You will also take part in an organised Social Impact Project aiming to leave a lasting legacy for a community organisation.
About You You will be a recent graduate or final year student completing studies in Business or Commerce with a Major in Accounting.
You will be a motivated individual keen to develop innovative solutions to problems, someone able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across a variety of disciplines. Additionally, your personal commitment to best-practice, safety, sustainability, and diversity will be aligned to our own.
