Davis Creek Primary School is a new co-educational Prep to Year 6 that opened in 2020. Over this time, we have grown rapidly due to our positive reputation within our local community of Tarneit. We have grown from 253 students to over 900 students in 2024. Tarneit is a thriving multi-cultural community positioned only 25km from the CBD of Melbourne.

The primary focus is on planning, preparation, and teaching programs to achieve specific student outcomes. Classroom teachers engage in critical reflection and inquiry to improve their knowledge and skills.
ResponsibilitiesDirect teaching of groups and individual students.Contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum programs.Participating in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps, and excursions.Undertaking other non-teaching supervisory duties.Who May ApplyTeachers currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and qualified to teach and/or have demonstrated experience in the specified curriculum areas.
