Our graduate program: Our 18-month Graduate Program, Foundations, has been uniquely designed to bridge the gap between formal education and the workforce, establishing a clear path for your future and accelerated success. engage in structured learning through three tailored modules on topics designed to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills experience exciting hands-on and in person learning every six months to build relationships and network with your peers from across the country receive mentoring from BMD's Board of Directors, executive management team and emerging leaders who genuinely want to build your leadership qualities and help you progress through the ranks see inspiring presentations from industry experts to build your skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting High level verbal and written communication skills Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do Motivation to achieve value-for-money results You may also have the following additional desirable skills: Previous experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.
