They are currently seeking experienced Casual 2024 Kitchen Hand / Domestic Assistant at their Bethanie Fields Aged Care Facility located in Bunbury (170km South of Perth).
Responsibilities of 2024 Domestic Assistant:To be successful in this role, you will have existing knowledge of various food preparation methods as well as food safety and be of a friendly nature, as interaction with their residents is a component of this role.
Domestic Assistant Responsibilities:Ensuring bathrooms, toilets, furniture, fittings, floors and communal areas are kept clean and tidy.Ensuring supplies are stocked within the facility.Liaise with other Bethanie employees to ensure the needs of clients are met.Kitchen Hand Responsibilities:Ensuring responsible work practices of food preparation, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.Ensuring required ingredients are available daily.Assisting in preparation, apportioning and serving of meals.Maintaining all utensils, equipment, work benches and general surrounds in a clean and safe condition.Collecting and washing pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.Requirements for 2024 Domestic Assistant:Possess a passion for, and previous experience working as a Kitchen Hand and/or Domestic Assistant ideally in an aged care, hospital, or similar environment.Have a "can do" attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Current NDIS Clearance or willingness to receive one.Willingness to receive vaccinations.Valid Working Rights.Benefits:Access to banking, insurance and retail discounts and benefits.Rewarding career with a supportive culture.Professional development and training opportunities.Flexible working arrangements.Application Method:If you wish to grow with us, please apply now and become a part of Bethanie Group for 2024 Kitchen Hand / Domestic Assistant.
