ROLE 1: Director: Hospitality / HotelsPartnering with a longstanding Director.Servicing a full national book of clients who are ramping up.Opportunity to build a team underneath you (the work is there).Hotels – including some major, national & international hotel chains, Pubs and Clubs, Accommodation.Advisory & Private client work.Melbourne CBD Based. Tied in with the National Strategic team of Directors.$180,000 – $200,000 + bonuses + phone + allowances.ROLE 2: Director: Medical / Healthcare / ChildcareSmall team of experienced specialists in Childcare / medical.Inheriting a full book of clients.They have work pouring in which is currently covered by other staff who aren't specialists so there is scope to hire more into your team.Primarily private and mortgage with some institutional across childcare and medical centres (as opposed to large hospitals).There is appetite for expansion of this specialisation, including on a national basis (currently have a team handling this in Brisbane as well).$180,000 – $200,000 + bonuses + phone + allowances.If you are interested in, or would like further information on either of the above roles, please don't hesitate to get in touch – these are priority roles for this firm.
