Partner with Tier 1 & 2 Head Contractors Delivering Commercial Joinery Projects New State of the Art Facilities - External Training & Accreditation Welink Recruitment is representing an established Joinery Organisation that partners with several Tier 1 & 2 builders delivering high-end projects. The Organisation has fostered a close-knit family culture which was pivotal to their success in securing a strong pipeline of work taking them to the end of 2025.
THE ROLE: Due to newly won projects and the growth of the business, we are seeking to appoint a Project Manager on a permanent basis located near Western Sydney. The newly created opportunity will allow the Project Manager to have oversight on a portfolio of joinery projects for builders such as Lendlease, Richard Crookes Constructions, Parkview Constructions, Kane Constructions etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to Construction Manager Management of projects from inception through to completion Financial management of projects including; budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting Represent the company as the point of contact to ensure project scope, schedules, and costs are maintained Provide advice and report on the management and progress of projects Procurement of subcontractors and materials Lead and coach project team members and succession planning Health, safety, and quality management YOU: Relevant tertiary education/qualification in Joinery OR Project Management Strong track record in a similar role working with a reputable Tier 1 OR 2 Joinery Organisation as a Project Manager (MUST HAVE) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Competent with MS Projects and Microsoft Suite packages CAREER AT LEADING JOINERY: Working with this market-leading Tier 2 Joiner, the Organisation has a strong Leadership Team who have fostered a culture of long-term career development opportunities at all levels within the business.
