This position is based in Dalby. Reporting to the Parks and Recreation Supervisor, you will: Operate of a range of horticultural plant and equipment in Councils parks, gardens and cemeteries; Assist in carrying out programmed and reactive maintenance on a range of built assets and infrastructure; Demonstrate a commitment to Work Health and Safety standards including hazard identification and reporting; Complete allocated tasks consistently within agreed time frames; and Assist with burial operations at the Cemetery and other duties as required. About yourself The successful applicant will have: Demonstrated ability to operate relevant horticultural plant/and or equipment including ride on mowers and brush cutters; Demonstrated competence/experience in amenity horticulture; A current Queensland C Class Licence.
