POSITION SUMMARY As our company continues to expand, we are seeking 2x Intermediate Structural Engineers to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects, spanning buildings (all types), industrial facilities, heavy industrial projects, process facilities, and defense.

RESPONSIBILITIES Working under the direction of the Structural Manager, you would be expected to:
Undertake detailed analysis of various structural designs, including steel, concrete, and timber structures Work collaboratively within project teams, including other engineers and drafters Provide construction phase services Perform investigative inspections and report writing Utilise various software packages for structural analysis Review and interpret project inputs, such as architectural and services documentation, surveys, and other client inputs Meet project timeframes and budgets Be motivated in self-learning activities Take on some financial management responsibilities. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil/Structural, with advanced knowledge in structural engineering or Master of Engineering degree in Civil, and advanced knowledge in structural engineering. 3-8 years' experience in the structural design of industrial and commercial buildings. Experience with reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete is advantageous. Ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets. Strong team player. Sound knowledge of relevant legal requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated progress towards Chartered Status is advantageous. Experience in project delivery within South Australia.
