Job ResponsibilitiesYou will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, to lead BA activities, shape backlog and drive deliver of the product vision and roadmap.Lead prototyping, customer user case development, product specifications development, and external API definition.You will be responsible for creating requirements as features, epics & stories.You will conduct stakeholder interviews and run workshops to understand the current and target state.You will elicit, analyse, and document business requirements aligned to specific business outcomes.For Sr. BAMinimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst to include at least 2 years' solid experience within the payments industry.Solid knowledge and experience in Card Issuing, Acquiring or eCommerce Gateways experience, Switch, Card schemes and Transaction processing (AS2805 and ISO8583 and ecommerce, POS & ATM native messages, EMV, Tokenisation).Experience in analysis, definition of functional and non-functional requirements for products such as wallets, ATM, POS, e-commerce applications and digital payments.Ability to lead prototyping, customer user case development, product specifications development, and to work with System Architects to facilitate architecture decisions.Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.In-depth understanding of the Australian financial services industry, including the credit card lifecycle (consumer, merchant, issuing, acquiring) and Merchant Acquiring/EFTPOS solutions.
For Midlevel BAMinimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst to include at least 1 year's solid experience within the payments industry.Less of a technical knowledge of payments but something relatable - Understanding customer journey, migration of customers from system to system (Fraud, retail banking, etc).Experience in analysis, definition of functional and non-functional requirements for products such as wallets, ATM, POS, e-commerce applications and digital payments.Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.If you meet the above criteria and are interested, please apply today via the link with your updated resume in a Word document to Claire Sheerin at The Recruitment Company.
