We are working with a leading Accounting and Finance company in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. They provide valuation, financial reporting, and human resources advisory services related to equity compensation and other complex securities.

Responsibilities: Keeping employees working and the environment secure Day-to-day point of contact with our MSP Provisioning/DeProvisioning from the environment (AD and 365) Client contract review and IT questionnaire completion Some physical setup/teardown/troubleshooting in the office SOC 1 tasks – monthly access review, change control, backup review Migrating administration tasks to a script-based approach (Powershell, Ansible, etc) Constantly leveling-up with trainings and certifications Skills/Must have: Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care Strong research and analysis skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately Service awareness of all organization's key IT services for which support is being provided Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment Salary & Benefits: $70,000 - $80,000 Healthcare PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
