Responsibilities:Keeping employees working and the environment secureDay-to-day point of contact with our MSPProvisioning/DeProvisioning from the environment (AD and 365)Client contract review and IT questionnaire completionSome physical setup/teardown/troubleshooting in the officeSOC 1 tasks – monthly access review, change control, backup reviewMigrating administration tasks to a script-based approach (Powershell, Ansible, etc)Constantly leveling-up with trainings and certificationsSkills/Must have:Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-careStrong research and analysis skillsAbility to multi-task and adapt to changes quicklyTechnical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriatelyService awareness of all organization's key IT services for which support is being providedUnderstanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT servicesTyping skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request detailsSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environmentSalary & Benefits:$70,000 - $80,000HealthcarePTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
