Position SpecificsProgram ManagerResponsible for program delivery, implementation, evaluation, case work, quality assurance, managing and leading a small team, and liaising with key stakeholders.
Case ManagerPrimarily for our transitional and independent living programs, focusing on case management, referrals, and assisting with education for mental and emotional well-being.
