We are seeking experienced and skilled Sheet Metal Worker for a 2IC position to join a global leader in advanced manufacturing and engineering solutions.

Job Details:  Eagle Farm location  $50.00 - $56.25 Per Hour + Penalties And Overtime  6:00am starts 8-10 hour days on offer  Ongoing Temp to Perm position, 3-6 months leading to permanent Duties: Assisting and overseeing, coordinating, and guiding the activities of the sheet metal fabrication team Recognise areas for process optimisation and actively participate in creating new processes  Provide training and support to new team members Interpreting and understanding a range of engineering drawings Fabricating and welding a range of heavy industrial filtration systems and components  Working with different grades of stainless steel for filtration and separation products Pressing, Rolling, Forming  Requirements: Trade qualification in Boilermaking Sheet Metal or Welding Experience welding and fabricating stainless steel Pressing, Rolling, Forming experience a necessity Ability to read and interpret drawings  Background or experience with Fitting/assembly is ideal  Commitment to quality workmanship Employee Benefits: Competitive hourly rate with additional overtime, penalties and allowances.
