Is a highly motivated, passionate and inspiring leader About the Role: As a 2IC / Educational Leader, you will support the Service Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Service in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and operation targets. You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead a team of Educators to create a positive and fun working space. In this role, you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and team members.
Our childcare centre is cosy, welcoming, and abound with character. Strong partnerships and respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community are our passion and priority. Located in East Wanneroo, across from East Wanneroo Primary School.
