Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training)Dual Role: 2IC / Educational LeaderSparrow Early Learning AshgroveFull-time positionWe are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, enthusiastic & nurturing Educational Powerhouse who:has a fierce passion for high quality Early Childhood Education & Carehas an inclusive leadership style and will mentor, motivate & empower our team in achieving professional growthis committed to their own professional development within the industryAs the 2IC/ Educational Leader you will support the Service Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Service in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and operation targets. You will also work closely with both our Leadership Team & Educator cohort to provide curriculum direction as well as drive continuous improvements within our educational programs and practices. Through reflection and review, you will identify the team's individual and collective strengths to create stimulating and inclusive learning opportunities for our children's inquisitive young minds to take flight. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, team members, and the wider community.Sparrow Early Learning Ashgrove is our brand-new state-of-the-art Service! The service consists of 6 studios, 89 licensed places, separate programming room, staff retreat area, and stunning outdoor playscapes with views over Brisbane CBD and beyond.
