Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our highly skilled team of Technicians.

About you: Fully qualified and relevant working experience as an Automotive Technician (3 years minimum) Experience managing a team of Technicians Strong ability to produce a high standard of work within a fast-paced environment Track record of effectively leading a high-performance team, meeting budgets and monthly KPIs A team player with a desire to grow and develop a rewarding long-term career Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to succeed Have previous experience in sales and customer service Natural aptitude for managing, developing and driving the production of a team Australian working rights and driver's licence Be available to work rotational Saturdays About the role: Hands on leading a team of Technicians Providing expert advice in relation to mechanical condition of vehicles Mechanical vehicle repair and servicing including engine, transmission, body, and suspension components Manning the front desk as required and dealing with customers Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs to the Service Manager and recording information using service reporting systems Test driving and conducting final assessments prior to return of vehicles to the customer Always maintaining a safe working environment Other general workshop duties where required Benefits include: Competitive salary $110K plus superannuation + Bonus Bonus paid ON TOP of your pay Custom built, spacious workshop with excellent working conditions and a supportive team Free staff parking Career advancement and management training Discounts of parts and services Uniforms Lunch provided once a week Full-time employment (super, annual leave, sick leave) PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept applications for candidates who are not located in Western Australia.
