2IC Architect - Multi-Residential/Mixed-Use/Seniors LivingOpportunity for a 2IC Architect to support a Project Director in a design-led studio with a varied project portfolio spanning commercial, housing, and hospitality sectors. You will be joining an award-winning supportive team with a focus on high-end quality and innovative design projects, who are currently thriving across the living sectors locally and internationally with a busy pipeline of work. The ideal candidate is a strong all-rounder with good design sensibility to support their leadership team across design and delivery in a client-facing role.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and deliver DA packages from initial design concepts.Attend all relevant meetings and coordinate between all consultants whilst maintaining design intent.Support and assist Project Director in design stages.Develop design concepts and use presentation/rendering software.Skills & ExperienceDegree qualification and registration in Architecture.Strong understanding of the design process on local projects.Experience in the design and delivery of multi-residential, mixed-use, or seniors living projects.Proficiency in Revit.Solid understanding of Australian Standards and BCA's.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients.Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, assisting with team management.Benefits & CultureCareer progression opportunity.Work on high-end design projects.Social working environment with lots of team events.If the above position appeals to you, then please submit your CV and, if applicable, work samples (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) to ****** and we'll be in touch.
