2IC Architect - Multi-Residential/Mixed-Use/Seniors LivingOpportunity for a 2IC Architect to support a Project Director in a design-led studio with a varied project portfolio spanning commercial, housing and hospitality sectors. You will be joining an award-winning supportive team with a focus on high-end quality and innovative design projects, who are currently thriving across the living sectors locally and internationally with a busy pipeline of work. The ideal candidate is a strong all-rounder with good design sensibility to support their leadership team across design and delivery in a client facing role.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and deliver DA packages from initial design conceptsAttend all relevant meetings and coordinate between all consultants whilst maintaining design intent.Support and Assist Project Director in design stagesDeveloping design concepts and using presentation/rendering softwareSkills & ExperienceDegree qualification and registration in ArchitectureStrong understanding of the design process on local projectsExperience in the design and delivery of multi-residential, mixed-use or seniors living projectsProficiency in RevitSolid understanding of Australian Standards and BCA'sAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersStrong communication skills and confidence presenting to clientsAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively, assisting with team managementBenefits & CultureCareer progression opportunityWork on high-end design projectsSocial working environment with lots of team eventsIf the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV and if applicable, work samples (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) to ****** and we'll be in touch.
