We are looking for Compliance Auditor to join our Bangalore Office!
The roles & responsibilities include: Undertaking internal audits of business activities against defined criteria – principally, but not limited to, auditing compliance with Contractor Onboarding requirements (contract paperwork, legal, contractual, and professional services). Working to resolve non-compliant placements by liaising with Commercial Compliance Officers, Assignment Support Teams, and Commercial & Legal Officers. Collating and report on suggestions for improvements to processes, documents, and approaches that will Prevent non-compliant placements. Maintaining accurate and up to date databases relating to commercial compliance, including, but not limited to SharePoint Contract Items and Onboarding Checklists. Undertaking other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of NES Fircroft's high commercial compliance standards. Here is what will make you successful in this role. 1 to 3 years of experience Previous compliance and contract management or contract administration experience. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong, clear, and confident telephone/videocall manner. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines. Proven ability to accurately and consistently document and file written and verbal information. The ability to work well independently while understanding when to refer to other team members, many of whom are based in the UK and USA.
