16632R | Experienced Forklift Driver – Loganlea Location Up To $39.10 Ph

We are urgently seeking an experienced forklift driver to assist in packing aluminum sections for door and window fabrication.
Duties will include: Loading, unloading and moving long lengths of aluminum (up to 15kg) ready for dispatch.Loading and unloading trucks.Keeping work area clean and tidy.Ensuring adherence to all safe work procedures.This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a highly reputable market leader: This role will start as temporary labour hire (but permanent opportunities may present in the future).Currently we have a weekly rotational roster both day (5:00am – 3:00pm) and night (5:00pm – 3:00am) shifts between Monday to Friday (availability is needed to work on both day and night shifts to meet business needs).Casual hourly rate on day shift is $34.00 and night shift is $39.10 (with overtime paid on top of this over 10 hours).To be considered for this work, you will need: Previous forklift experience with current forklift licence essential.Experience in loading and unloading trucks (both rear and side loading), gating, strapping, knowledge of weight distribution and size of loads, and manual handling.Team player with good work ethic, including reliability and punctual attendance.Willingness to follow instructions and commitment to working safely.Appropriate level of physical fitness to undertake a range of manual handling/labouring tasks in this environment (training in safe work procedures will be provided).Appropriate work wear including steel-cap boots, long pants, and yellow hi-vis long sleeved shirts.Availability to commence ASAP at Loganlea.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Russell at 0493 258 612 or (during business hours) on 3812 2920 or email ******.
