16316T | Accounts Payable Officer – Asap Start

We are urgently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to start as soon as possible in a 2-3 week temporary full-time assignment with a progressive market leader in manufacturing, repair and maintenance of transport refrigeration.
About the Company With a track record of growth spanning 20 years and sites across Qld, NSW, Victoria and WA, you will enjoy working from a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility in Darra.
This role will be responsible for a range of accounts payable duties, together with associated administration tasks including: Monitor and assist with reviewing, coding and processing of invoices and credit notesCorrespond with vendors and respond to enquiriesResearch and resolve discrepancies and issuesPrepare, submit and monitor reimbursement claimsManage and reconcile staff credit card statementsProcess, pay and monitor employee expense claimsDisperse, reconcile and process petty cashPrepare payments for approval and process approved paymentsReconcile and monitor E-Toll, GoVia, fuel cards and vendor accountsMaintain motor vehicle register information for currencyAssist with maintaining Asset RegisterAssist with EOM processing close off and reporting as requiredRecordkeepingSpreadsheeting and backup functions for accounts receivable.To be considered for this temporary opportunity, you will need to demonstrate: Previous experience in full function accounts payableConfidence using financial systems (Navision preferred but not essential)Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook,Fast and accurate keyboarding skillsStrong time management with a proven ability to organise workload to meet deadlinesAvailability to commence with short notice.Please submit your application, or if you have any specific questions regarding this role, please contact our recruitment team on 07 3812 2920 or email ******
