**Job Summary:** A dynamic finance team member is sought to partner with accountants, drive financial reporting, compliance, and auditing excellence, and shape the future of G8 Education.

**About the Role:** As a key member of the finance team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to deliver monthly and annual reports, lead process improvements, and optimize success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Preparing and reconciling entries Preparing and analysing monthly profit and loss results Performing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial results each period Acting as a business partner within and/or to different Support Office departments Creating detailed work instructions for tasks linking to G8 policies and developing new and improved ways of working Assisting with internal and external audit requirements by answering queries and providing information on a timely basis **Key Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you should possess:
