We specialise in providing professional in-home care services for participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and My Aged Care.
Through level 2 and 3 support coordination, we assist individuals in achieving their identified plan goals and help them gain access to the needed programs and support services, with a multidisciplinary one team approach.

Job Description Spectrum Care provides a person-centered approach to individuals, delivering dependable, consistent, and affordable care services. We are looking for staff to deliver meaningful therapeutic recreational activities and care with the following requirements:

Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect. Ability to read, write and speak English. Follow through tasks, case management notes, and reporting. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in any situation. Ability to work together as part of a team, collaborate to solve problems and achieve goals. Acceptance to ongoing training for NDIS essential courses and mental health facilitated through Spectrum Care. Compassion and empathy to support any child and/or adult from special needs groups, including people with disabilities, people from CALD backgrounds, people from the LGBTI community, veterans, indigenous people, justice services, and people living with debilitating diseases such as Dementia, HIV or Parkinson. You will be required to assist clients with: Personal Care Social Support Activities/Groups Household Tasks Transport Social and Community Participation Job Types: CasualLearning & Development:
All employees of Spectrum Care are involved in weekly training sessions to support individuals in the needed outcomes that underpin a person-centered practice. Your participation level and delivery of support are assessed and reviewed regularly.

COVID-19 considerations:
At Spectrum Care, we ensure all support workers are up to date with the latest information on COVID-19. Complete webinar training addressing staff responsibilities, our preparedness, and response as specified in the Spectrum Care pandemic management plan.
Strict compliance with COVID-19 PHU orders at Spectrum Care DRS and mandatory screening of staff, and daily health declaration.
