Role Responsibilities: Manage field personnel performance, ensuring high standards and productivity.Plan and execute projects, including material, labor, permitting, and completion.Handle client communication, sign-offs, and project debrief meetings.Oversee project scheduling and reporting, maintaining budget and profitability goals.Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.Occasionally move up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.Use of appropriate PPE as required.Exposure to various working conditions inside and outside.Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of related Project Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.2-5+ years of related industry experience is preferred.PMP Certification is preferred.Current, valid driver's license and the ability to travel.Salary & Benefits: Salary: $70,000 - $90,000Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Join a company that values quality, communication, customer service, integrity, and safety.
