Are you an experienced Salesforce Architect eager to work on an exciting project for a market-leading energy firm? This role focuses on optimising business processes, enhancing customer experiences, and driving digital transformation through the design and implementation of the Energy and Utilities Cloud.
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a global Salesforce solution, defining the architecture, leading integration efforts, and guiding the development team in the effective use of Salesforce technologies.
The role is open on a 6-month contract, working hybrid with one day per week expected on-site in Windsor, and will be working Inside IR35.
Responsibilities: Design and implement the Energy and Utilities Cloud to optimise business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive digital transformation for our customers within the energy and utilities industry.
Define the architecture of the global Salesforce solution in collaboration with a team of architects.
Lead integration efforts with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow, API integrations, and interoperability across various systems and applications.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the client to establish a program architectural roadmap.
Translate business and technology requirements into functional and economical solution architecture.
Understand energy and utilities industry processes, including customer data management, billing, metering, demand response, and regulatory compliance.
Skills/Must have: Project experience working on Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) enterprise integrations.
Expert knowledge within the Salesforce Lightning platform.
Hands-on experience with Omni Studio, including Data Raptor, Flex Cards, Omniscript, SFIDX, and Integration Procedures, CPQ.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Omni Studio Developer, Industries CPQ Developer, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are highly desirable.
