You will provide high level administration support to the Communities team by: Completing accounts payable functions including raising purchase orders, receipting goods, processing invoices and credit card reconciliation Assisting with the preparation and processing of various licences and permits Effective document management and record keeping End to end organisation of meetings, events and travel Assisting with calendar and email management for various Managers Providing administration support to a diverse management team To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess: Minimum of Queensland C Class Provisional Licence A high degree of competency utilising Microsoft Office suit and other computer programs If this sounds like you, apply now!
