Robert Walters has partnered with a leading medical-technology manufacturing company to source a one month temporary administration assistant to assist with the company's transition between two different HR reporting systems.This position will be based 5 days on-site at the company's offices in Macquarie Park and can only consider candidates who are immediately available.This role is suitable to candidates on a Working Holiday Visa.As the company transitions from their legacy HR system, they have identified a set of historical remuneration letters that have not individually translated onto the new HR system.The scope of work is to split a single PDF document into individual letters, saving each letter with a specific naming convention and storing the letters in a temporary folder for a future load into the new system.The single PDF document will need to be split into approximately 3500 individual letters.
