1:1 Campaign Automation Specialist - Brand & Marketing
The 1:1 Campaign Automation Specialist is responsible for:
Building and executing 1:1 automated event and trigger-based marketing programs using our marketing automation platform to grow customer lifetime value and generate revenue.
Assisting with defining and automating 1:1 marketing & personalised communication programs.
Supporting Brand Marketing teams with 1:1 customer marketing programs.
Assisting with developing new capabilities, MVPs and future needs for customer 1:1 marketing.
Assisting with developing and implementing connected customer journeys across different touch points.
More specifically, you will:
Execute 1:1 marketing campaigns to support brand, financial and customer objectives.
Execute frameworks and processes for campaign delivery.
Implement audience and trigger-based programs in collaboration with broader Customer Marketing.
Identify and integrate new sources of data to drive program insight and effectiveness.
Ongoing optimisation of 1:1 comms programs.
Execute test and learn programs to drive marketing effectiveness of existing campaigns.
Execute key retention strategies.
Integrate Next Best Action and other key analytical models into programs.
Develop ongoing new strategic initiatives for the 1:1 Marketing programs.
Manage change requests for future/existing campaigns.
Maintain in-house ownership and monitoring of key lifecycle programs.
Work within Customer 1:1 lifecycle squads to build campaigns and provide technical fixes.
About You:
Tertiary Degree in IT, Business or Marketing Mandatory.
Certification in SFMC, Responsys or Adobe Campaign desirable.
3+ years' experience in a similar environment (either Client or Agency side) with a focus on direct marketing and/or customer marketing.
Key Capabilities:
Direct marketing processes – including eDM, SMS and content.
Experience with building emails using modular templates.
Some experience with JavaScript or email personalisation languages (e.g., AMPscript or RPL).
Building and scheduling 1:1 automated event and trigger-based marketing programs including retention and loyalty programs.
Understanding of analytics and marketing automation technology.
Highly effective communication and consulting skills.
A results-driven outlook with proven ability to deliver.
Planning, organising, and attention to detail.
Developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
Enthusiasm for marketing technology and data to identify opportunities & threats.
Exposure to ROI marketing management.
Ability to manage an allocated budget.
Skilled in coordinating with external parties.
