About You: With project or facilities management experience, preferably within a large-scale corporate environment spanning a range of portfolios, you will bring strong commercial awareness and business acumen to support the delivery of programs of work. You are a natural problem solver with the ability to perform risk and financial analysis and identify optimal processes improvements and deliver through to implementation. Additionally, you have the ability to influence and communicate outcomes and deviations with a range of stakeholders and confidently address concerns and work to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes. Efficiency is SAP is highly desirable.
About the role: As Works Coordinator you will contribute to the planning and execution of our corporate asset and infrastructure programmes of work and contribute to applicable project implementation, ensuring the safe and timely achievement of required technical outcomes to agreed budget and required quality. You will be responsible for continually improving our processes, systems and the capability and commitment of personnel associated with Assets and Infrastructure' programmes of work by building and maintaining successful relationships with stakeholders across the business.
