Support workforce effectiveness & productivity outcomes across National AssessingProvide innovative workforce management to improve the customer experienceBrisbane, Sydney or Melbourne location The Productivity and Workforce Planning Leader is accountable for supporting workforce effectiveness and productivity outcomes across National Assessing.The position plays a critical role overseeing the use of productivity technical assets (Enlighten) in ASCO and Assessing, supporting leaders in maintaining relevant productivity practices, and proactively identifying operational, process and system opportunities to improve productivity outcomes.What you'll do Successful implementation and embedment of Motor Claims productivity strategies and assets, whilst advocating a positive change culture. This includes ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipate the impact on teamsDrive relevant productivity practices and support incident investigation, process and system remediation as required.
