Workforce Management Support Officer

This role supports the implementation of efficient rostering practices and the effective operation of the UKG Pro Workforce Management tool.
Key Responsibilities Assist with system administration tasks in the rostering tool, including updates to templates and workload planners.
Perform trend analysis to identify improvements in rostering practices.
Investigate and resolve issues, providing feedback to stakeholders.
Conduct audits, produce reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance within the rostering tool.
Test new features and changes in system releases.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to a positive team culture and support team morale.
About You Proven experience in payroll processing.
Knowledge of workforce management systems, preferably UKG Pro Workforce Management.
Strong understanding of rostering and workforce planning.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct trend analysis and audits.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to adapt and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
