Our Workplace Risk service offering continues to evolve as the workers' compensation landscape changes, and our clients seek greater innovation in Human Capital.
We are looking for a Workers' Compensation Consultant to join our business and assist in driving growth within Canberra. Supported by award-winning and industry-recognised learning and development initiatives, and experienced management, you will use your consultative approach to provide outstanding service to our clients.
What the day will look like Support and execution of our national Workers' Compensation strategyLeading the workers' compensation insurance placement for risk statesAssisting our clients in reducing their frequency and severity of claims through targeted risk improvement initiativesManaging crucial interface with Client Service Support, Claims and our Global & Corporate and National Broking teamsManaging key stakeholder relationships with Insurers, Regulators and internal BrokersExecutive leadership on our key accounts across Canberra and nationallyLead and develop strategies for growth and retention of our larger accountsUsing our industry-leading data and analytics performance scorecards to drive strategic discussions about sustainable performance improvementDevelop and lead an Aon United growth strategy with the support of the wider general broking team Skills and experience that will lead to success A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a strong technical understanding of national Workers' CompensationDemonstrated leadership capability, with keen interest in knowledge sharing and mentoring of colleaguesA keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated success in leading growth strategiesA strong network in the Workers' Compensation insurance marketOrganisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to work autonomously on projects and within a team settingStrong ability to engage with stakeholders at varying levels How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
