What you'll do
As the Fleet Coordinator, you will plan and manage the purchase, delivery, mid-life management, and end-of-life of the fleet of transport assets with our logistics partners and suppliers whilst ensuring safety and compliance of the fleet, managing costs to budgets, achieving KPIs, and minimising downtime.
Responsibilities include:
Operational planning, managing the planning through to end-of-life of Woolworths owned/controlled fleet and assets in collaboration with our logistics, FMO and OEM partners Authorisation of high-cost repairs - controlling our ~$42m fleet operational cost Partnering with our logistics providers to ensure all Fleet related regulatory requirements are met in full compliance (Vehicle Registrations, Food Authority, COR, etc.) Manage reimbursement for damage from carriers Support and track Insurance claims and infringement management processes Coordinating all suppliers to ensure delivery to meet business needs Leading fleet replacement planning in particular for the number, type, and vehicles to reflect changes in the operation and mix of stores What you'll bring
Previous experience or exposure to working with 3PL's, FMO's and OEM's Demonstrated ability to manage external providers to deliver strong performance outcomes Strong organisational and time management skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working with and interpreting data to derive actionable insight What you'll experience
